Terms of Service

Last revised: February 4, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rapid Flood Restore website and any request you submit for water damage services or mold remediation. By using this site or contacting us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Rapid Flood Restore is a coordination network that connects homeowners with qualified local restoration professionals. We do not perform restoration work directly; services are delivered by independent contractors who are properly licensed, insured, and certified for the work they perform.

Eligibility: callers must be homeowners or authorized property representatives seeking new water damage services or mold remediation within the service area. We reserve the right to verify ownership or authorization and to decline requests that fall outside our service area or do not meet eligibility criteria. Emergency dispatch times are estimates and depend on local availability, severity of the event, and safety conditions. No guarantee is made for exact arrival times.

Service Engagement: when you accept service, you enter into a direct agreement with the local provider that performs the work. The provider is responsible for scope, pricing, warranties, workmanship, and compliance with applicable laws. Rapid Flood Restore may assist with documentation, coordination, and communication, but is not responsible for construction outcomes, delays, or coverage decisions made by insurers.

Insurance and Billing: you are responsible for understanding your insurance policy and any deductibles or exclusions. We may help deliver claim documentation, photos, moisture logs, and daily updates to support the claims process. Any payment arrangement is between you and the service provider. We are not a public adjuster and do not provide legal or financial advice.

Site Content: all content on this site is provided for informational purposes only and may be updated at any time. We do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted or error‑free. We may modify these terms without prior notice; continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Flood Restore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the services of independent providers. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the extent required by applicable law. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Contact: for questions regarding these terms, contact [email protected]. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or submit a service request.
